We can assist in managing the property to provide visual inspections during tenant renewals, up-fits, or turnovers. PORTUS can help you during transitional periods too, even if you’re not under management. We offer full service maintenance on tenant move-outs, up-fits for new tenants, property inspection reports for commercial and residential property sales. Tenant remains and damage can cost property owners “value” in neighbors’ eyes, and also time, which equates to rent or wasted days in a closing. We can make this process much more efficient and well- managed to reduce losses.
