This project involved the renovation and commercial up fit of a retail dispensary. The old trade fixtures from the previous owners had to be removed, and new walls for offices and waiting rooms had to be installed. This is one franchise location of 7 that PORTUS manages. PORTUS is involved from up fit and throughout the maintenance program after the business is operational.
