Founded in 2004, PORTUS professionals have been offering services to Wilmington and surrounding areas in North Carolina for close to two decades. We believe in our services because our investors are also our lifetime clients. Our team and business model were built to assist in the management of real estate investments by developing intended use management plans and deferred maintenance programs for their portfolios. Now in 2022, those services are open to the local public, both commercial and residential.
